Who We Are

A place where people work together to build a “society in which it will be easier to be good.”  Peter Maurin
Noonday Farm's name is from Isaiah 58:  "And if you draw out your soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall your light rise in obscurity, and your darkness be as the
noon day."

Our History

Noonday Farm was founded in 1984 by Haley House, Inc., as a Catholic Worker Farm inspired by Peter Maurin's call to a Green Revolution.  Noonday Farm, Inc., established in 2013 continues the mission to raise organic produce and free range eggs for donation, to be a multi-faceted sustainable and Green educational center, and to practice responsible land stewardship.
