Through week long retreats at Noonday, Beth and Bob offer biodynamic and organic farming techniques, composting, fermenting, canning, cooking, movement therapy, greenhouse building and design, inviting all participants to envision living a Green life. Bob Jennings Co-Founder and Director With almost four decades of experience in growing food organically and sustainably as well as designing and building wind, solar and hydropower energy systems, Bob has transformed Noonday Farm into a vibrant green landscape. An actor, teacher and structural engineer, Bob is careful to point out that organic farming can only succeed on a relatively small scale.
