“Learning about the relationship between what we eat and who we are lifted a veil from my eyes...my sense of community was strengthened and I began to see what an integral role food systems play in the way we view life.   This transformation was irreversible and its far-reaching effects will continue to play out for the rest of my life.”

-Noonday Farm Intern
